Philippine Navy launches Mobile Recruitment in Kalinga

The Navy Personnel Management Center (NPMC) is set to conduct a mobile recruitment mission in Kalinga as part of the Philippine Navy’s 2025 Recruitment Plan.

In a statement, the Philippine Navy (PN) said the recruitment activity to be held in the area also known as the “Rice Granary of the Cordilleras” will be held from August 4 to 12, 2025 at Kalinga State University in Tabuk City.

Aspiring candidate soldiers must be at least 18 years old and not older than 24 years and 3 months on the date of application, while Officer Candidates must be at least 20 years old but not older than 26.

Applicants must be Filipino citizens, physically and mentally fit, and of good moral character. Officer Candidates are required to be college graduates, preferably of technical courses.

Candidate sailors must have completed at least Senior High School, preferably with a tech-voc background and National Certificate II (NCII) certified in technical or computer-related courses.

Interested individuals may register for the Armed Forces of the Philippines Service Aptitude Test (AFPSAT) and, upon passing, proceed to register for the Neuro-Psychiatric Examination.

Applicants are instructed to prepare: their diploma, transcript of records (TOR), a PSA-issued birth certificate, one 2×2 ID picture with white background and white round-neck shirt, and any two valid government or institutional IDs such as a passport, SSS ID, PRC ID, PhilHealth ID, driver’s license, TIN ID, postal ID, company ID, school ID, or national ID.

Online registration is mandatory and must be completed by July 31, 2025, the PN said.
