Health perks, subscription rewards rolled out to boost wellness habits

Watsons is ramping up efforts to support Filipino health and wellness with the launch of its “Shop Now for EXTRA-mazing Surprises” campaign, held on June 24 at its Mall of Asia store.

The campaign highlights two new promotions aimed at rewarding loyal Watsons Club members while encouraging smarter health and beauty shopping. The brand’s biggest e-raffle to date will run until Aug. 20, giving customers a chance to win part of 1 million Watsons Club points. To qualify, members must spend a minimum of P1,000 in a single receipt.

Members can also earn entries for a chance to win a one-year subscription to the streaming service Viu by purchasing at least P1,000 worth of participating health and beauty products. Those who shop online and spend at least P1,500 will automatically receive a one-month subscription.

“Today’s event isn’t just about new promos or performances—it’s a celebration of our continued commitment to creating experiences that go the extra mile for our customers,” said Joweeh Liao, director of Health Business Unit, Finance, Property, and Store Development at Watsons. “We want to give our customers more than just access to a wide range of products—we want to offer a better shopping experience, meaningful rewards, and trusted health solutions.”

With over 1,100 stores nationwide and services such as Express Delivery and Click & Collect through the Watsons App, the company aims to make health and self-care more accessible across the country. Its range includes not only personal care items but also essential wellness products and pharmaceutical services.

Beyond retail, Watsons is also reinforcing its commitment to health advocacy, sustainability, and community outreach. These include programs that aim to increase access to affordable healthcare, promote responsible consumption, and support local communities.
