Officials of Laguna province, Department of Public Works and Highways and Ecotoll Road Development Corp. (ERDC) break ground for the Calamba-Bay Bypass Road Project in Barangay Tagumpay, Bay, Laguna. Attending the lowering of the symbolic time capsule on June 11, 2025 are Laguna Governor Ramil Hernandez, 2nd District Rep. Ruth Hernandez, ERDC president Victor Sangco, DPWH assistant secretary Nerie Bueno, Vice Gov. Karen Agapay and ERDC chairman Dr. Reghis Romero II.
