Jolan Formalejo, head of operations, accepted the gold award for The Villages at LIMA Estate under Residential Low-Rise South Luzon. Ajoya Capas also won gold for Economic to Mid-Cost Housing in Central Luzon, while Seafront Residences received silver for environmental conservation efforts.
