Top officials of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, led by Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar, and key shelter agencies (KSAs) mark a housing milestone on Labor Day by signing ‘game changer’ memoranda of agreement to build more shelters under President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s flagship Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (#4PH) Program. The MoAs entered into by the KSAs, namely, Pag-IBIG Fund with the National Housing Authorith (NHA) and the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) will pave the way for thousands of shelters for homeless Filipinos, especially ordinary workers.
