The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and the local government unit of Labo, Camarines Norte break ground for a housing project under President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program on April 29, 2025. The project will rise on a 50,438-square-meter site and will feature 17 buildings, each with five floors and 24 residential units per floor, for a total of 2,040 housing units.
