The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) and the G-Xchange Inc. (GCash) team up for a colocation strategy sealed through a ceremonial signing of the memorandum of agreement at the PSA headquarters in Quezon City. The colocation conveniently allows newly-registered individuals to the National ID to open their GCash accounts.
