Department of Agriculture launches the mobile soil laboratory under the National Soil Health Program and the simultaneous implementation of the information caravan for High-Impact Program SSS (HIPSSS), SAFDZ and SLM of the DA-Bureau of Soils and Water Management at the Kanlahi Hall in Tarlac City.
