The PWD Vendors Valentine’s Bazaar in Naga City showcases the group’s resilience and resourcefulness. The success of the event was a source of pride for Cheryl Fernandez, president of Naga Vendors Association (right). As graduates of ATRIEV’s Digital Business Basics Training (DBBT), the vendors learned to leverage technology and online tools to promote and manage their businesses. PLDT and Smart augmented the training with a livelihood grant, enabling them to put their skills to work, turning their seed money into thriving ventures.
