Tabaco City Mayor Krisel Lagman leads the groundbreaking of a Multi-Purpose Building in Barangay Tayhi. The structure, which was totally damaged by Super Typhoon Rolly in 2020, will not just serve mothers and babies or daycare pupils but will also support social services for the community.
