Malabon City Mayor Jeannie Sandoval leads the launch of the Second Filipino-Chinese Cultural Festival at the local Robinsons mall. Also present are People’s Republic of China counsellor Dr. Ji LingPeng, Philippine Red Cross-Malabon City chapter chairman Ricky Sandoval, City administrator Dr. Alexander Rosete, and representatives from the Malabon Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Philippine Malabon Cultural Institute, and national government agencies.
