The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (PAGCOR) turns over a patient transport vehicle to the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) on Feb. 20, 2025. The vehicle is the first of 246 PTVs set for distribution to local government units and organizations nationwide to help enhance the country’s healthcare system, according to PAGCOR chairman and chief executive Alejandro Tengco (fifth from left). The PTV was received by PMA commanding officer Col. Nealon Eugene Batalla.
