To boost its capacity to perform humanitarian missions, the Philippine Coast Guard gets a 55-meter vessel from the Philippine Red Cross. PCG commandant, Admiral Ronnie Gil Gavan and PRC chairman Richard Juico Gordon preside at the turnover ceremony for the vessel, christened M/V Amazing Grace.
