The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Regional Office MIMAROPA conducts its first budget forum for local water districts (LWDs) on Oct. 15, 2024. The forum, attended by 12 LWDs from the MIMAROPA Region, equipped the participants with knowledge and tools for preparing their corporate operating budget (COB).
