Residents of Iloilo City are getting used to the rolling of drums at daybreak which is a ceremonial wake up call for known as ‘Pamukaw’ signalling the onset of the world-renowned Dinagyang Festival that celebrates the feast of the young Jesus Christ called Sto. Niño.
