Malabon City Mayor Jeannie Sandoval takes a break from her hectic schedule to give away Christmas gifts to some 1,500 children, aged 5-12 years old, in the 3rd “Balik Sigla, Bigay Saya” nationwide charity project spearheaded by President Marcos. The event was held at the Malabon Sports Complex.
