Random drug test for Army unit conducted in Sulu

The Philippine Army’s 8th Field Artillery Battalion (8th FAB) implemented a stringent measure to ensure the highest standards of discipline and professionalism within its troops by conducting a random drug test at the Sulu camp.

“This unit maintains a drug-free environment and upholds the integrity of the Armed Forces of the Philippines,” the artillery unit stated.

According to the 8th FAB, this status is maintained by conducting regular drug tests to deter illegal drug use, promote a healthy lifestyle, and enhance overall unit morale.
