Troops donate meal allowance to typhoon victims

Elements of the Army’s 2 nd Infantry Division forego of the meal allowances worth some P600,000 in favor of tropical storm Kristine’s victims. 2ID commander Brig, Gen. Cerilo Balaoro Jr. says it is their way of it exstending more assistance to those affected by the severe weather disturbance week.
