The City of Baguio, represented by Mayor Benjamin Magalong and Francis Camarao of the Management Information and Technology Division, bags gold in the Human CentriCity category of the Seoul Smart City Prize ceremony held in South Korea. Baguio won for its ‘Inclusive and Accessible Health Governance’ system which provides accessible health records, telemedicine and equitable health protection.
