The Meralco coaching staff, led by Luigi Trillo and active consultant Nenad Vucinic, was honored with the Virgilio ‘Baby’ Dalupan trophy during the 30th PBA Press Corps Awards Night at the Novotel Manila for steering the franchise to its first PBA title during last season’s Philippine Cup. With them are the grandchildren of the late ‘Maestro’ of Philippine basketball coaching, along with past and present heads of the PBAPC, led by Vladi Eduarte of Abante.
