Tiffany Gatchalian (center), wife of Valenzuela City Mayor Wes Gatchalian, leads the launch of Kuha sa Tingi campaign in Valenzuela City through a partnership between Greenpeace Philippines and the Metro Manila Mayors’ Spouses Foundation (MMMSF).
