The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Singapore Armed Force’s Changi Regional Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief Coordination Centre (RHCC) have concluded a two-day table top exercise in Camp Aguinaldo. The activity sought to ‘strengthen coordination and enhance interoperability’ between the two countries in terms of disaster relief capabilities. The participants engaged in academic sessions and a simulated scenario involving a magnitude 7.2 earthquake affecting Central Luzon, CALABARZON, and Metro Manila.
