Operation Smile Philippines, in collaboration with Watsons Philippines, Healthway Qualimed Hospital and the Iloilo City government, holds free surgeries for some 160 children with cleft lip deficiencies. After Iloilo, the program will move on to Marbel, Palawan, and Bacolod City.
