Actress Maris Racal was set to attend the Toronto International Film Festival 2024 for the world premiere of director Antoinette Jadaone’s “Sunshine,” in which she stars as the titular character. Due to scheduling conflicts, as she was still in Italy filming her upcoming series “Incognito,” Racal shared a preview of the dress she would have worn on the festival’s red carpet.
On her Instagram, Racal posted several photos of herself in a vibrant gown designed by Marc Rancy.
“This was the dress I was supposed to wear for the Toronto International Film Festival 2024. Thank you to mama @marcrancy for this gown!” Racal wrote.
The dress featured a black fitted top with long sleeves and a turtleneck, paired with a floor-length skirt in vibrant hues of blue, white, and yellow. The look was completed with a pair of red pumps.
“I’m excited for ‘Sunshine’ to tour the world and hope it premieres in the Philippines soon!” Racal added.
She also shared an Instagram story from her hairstylist, Valerie Corpuz, showcasing snippets of the photo shoot, highlighting her involvement in the process.
