Cobra Energy Drink, in partnership with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority NCR– PAMAMARISAN District Office, presents the ‘Tatag sa Pagtupad ng Pangarap Kasama ang TESDA’ program. The initiative aims to support #TeamLakas beneficiaries with long-term livelihood opportunities, particularly the currently underemployed, unemployed and disadvantaged workers who are part of the ‘Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged Workers’ (TUPAD) program of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
