Free hot meals for typhoon victims

The Philippine Red Cross continues to serve free hot meals for thousands of typhoon victims in Metro Manila, Central and North Luzon provinces, as well as Masbate and Northern Samar which were badly hit by Typhoon Enteng and the southwest monsoon rains.
