With them are acting Cebu City Mayor Raymond Alvin Garcia and Talisay City Mayor Gerald Anthony Gullas Jr.’s representative vice mayor Richard Francis Aznar, who also signed the memorandum of understanding for CarbonPH—a 40-year project that will restore 29,000 hectares of protected landscape with a focus on reforestation and watershed recovery. The Aboitiz Group is teaming up with the provincial government of Cebu for a large-scale, multi-year reforestation and watershed recovery project which will start with its joint efforts for the greening of Mananga-Lusaran River.
