Department of Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista (third from right) hosts a courtesy call on Tuesday by Dr. Melvin Villaruz, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority -NCR lead trainer and assessor to discuss the ongoing collaboration between the DOTr, TESDA and the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) sector. Three personnel of the DOTr completed the TESDA EMS National Certificate II program. Bautista commended the graduates and emphasized the importance of the program which aims to enhance the emergency response capabilities of the Special Action and Intelligence Committee for Transportation (SAICT).
