Apart from being a beauty queen and an actress, Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee is also a captivating model who has graced numerous magazine covers.
With her passion for modeling continuing to grow over the years, Dee recently announced that she has joined the international modeling agency One Management and shared on social media how she came to sign with them.
Dee revealed that a few years ago, she had the opportunity to join the modeling agency when she flew to New York for a campaign with the clothing brand Bench. However, she did not follow through with it.
“I wanted to take it so badly, but the thing is, I just didn’t have it in me to stay because I knew there was a bigger purpose waiting for me back home,” she said. She added that returning to the Philippines led her to create something meaningful through her time in pageantry, which had brought pride to the country.
“Now, fast forward after several @gmanetwork shows, 2 crowns, 3 national stages, and one amazing @themissuniverseph journey—here I am with goals brighter than ever. #Filipinas represent PH,” said Dee.
While expressing her gratitude to those who have supported her throughout her career, Dee looks forward to a new chapter in her life with the modeling agency.
