The payout was successfully executed at Benito Soliven, Gamu, Naguillian, Palanan, Reina Mercedes, and San Mariano Community Center, as the cash would alleviate challenges experienced by disadvantaged workers. The minimum wage was the amount they were paid.

Beneficiaries included residents Benito Soliven (355), Gamu (315), Naguillian (552), Palanan (50), Reina Mercedes (644), and San Mariano town (1100).

The government gave the recipients the chance to take part in a range of community improvement projects, including gardening, cleaning, tree planting, and tourism destination rehabilitation.
