A provincial official of Bataan eyes revitalized sports development “to discover and develop new talents” in various sports.
Bataan board member Tony Roman issued the statement as he presided over the opening of a basketball tournament in Orani town.

Roman said Bataan already has successful basketball players, adding that they should be role models for aspiring athletes.
Roman’s daughter Sofia is a member of Gilas Pilipinas Team.
