The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), led by BIR Commissioner Romeo D. Lumagui, Jr. filed a tax evasion complaint against dismissed Bamban mayor Alice Guo and others. The complaint was filed and sent to the Department of Justice (DOJ).
