The Philippine delegation to the 2024 Paris Olympics was treated to a delectable dinner reception at Malacañan Palace, where their awarding ceremony was also held on Tuesday.
The Palace served a soup of salmon belly sinigang flavored with kamias, an entree of roast US angus rib-eye with mechado sauce served with sweet potato mashed and sautéed french beans, and dessert of flourless chocolate decadence cake and pistachio macaron.
On their flight home, Philippine Airlines likewise treated the Filipino Olympians to special meals.
