Philippine National Police chief Gen. Rommel Francisco Marbil pays homage to two police officers involved in a successful rescue operation in Angeles City, Pampanga on Aug. 3 which resulted in the rescue of two Chinese nationals and the arrest of two kidnappers. The incident, however left one policeman killed and another wounded.
