Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco joins hands with other government officials and private sector partners in a commitment to Halal Friendly Philippines and Halal Friendly Pasay, as part of the inaugural edition of the Philippine Halal Trade and Tourism Summit. Organized by the Philippine Halal Trade and Tourism Exposition (PHTTE) and the Universal Islamic Foundation (UIF), with support from government and private sector partners, the summit is a key highlight of the 24th edition of the World Food Expo (WOFEX) held from July 31 to Aug. 3, 2024, at the World Trade Center Metro Manila (WTCMM).
