It is never too late for the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) to do its share in making public schools in the National Capital Region shipshape and conducive to learning. The agency fielded its personnel for the Brigada Eskwela operations in the cities of Navotas and Malabon, notwithstanding the fact that classes have resumed last Monday.
