After two weeks of intermittent rains and inclement weather brought by typhoon Carina and induced southwest monsoon or habagat, sunrise dawned on Benguet highlands, lighting up the clouds over Baguio City’s eastern skies as viewed from the Mirador Jesuit Villa and Ecopark, formerly Manila Observatory, a weather monitoring facility.
