A resident of a coastal community in Limay, Bataan, close to where the oil tanker MT Terranova sank, waits for updates from authorities working to prevent oil spillage. Fishers are forbidden from going to sea because the ship carrying 1.4 million liters of oil went underwater a few kilometers from their homes.
