Manila Electric Co. (Meralco) vice president for corporate communications Joe R. Zaldarriaga explains to members of media in a press conference the initiatives the power distributor has undertaken to restore power to areas with damaged facilities including flood hit areas as a result of Super Typhoon Carina. Zaldarriaga assures customers that Meralco crews are working round the clock to bring power back to affected areas.
