Property giant Megaworld has officially broken ground for the 23-storey 9 Central Park, the first residential condominium development inside its 85-hectare Northwin Global City township located in the municipalities of Marilao and Bocaue in Bulacan. 9 Central Park will be located just across the township’s soon-to-rise central business district called the Northwin Main Street and just a minute away from an expansive green plaza. Leading the ceremony was Noli D.
