Some 900 disadvantaged youth, which include poor students, out-of-school youth and dependents of displaced or would-be displaced workers, are expected to benefit as the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Jollibee Foods Corp. (JFC) sign a memorandum of agreement (MOA) strengthening implementation of the Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) on July 4, 2024, at the DOLE Central Office in Intramuros, Manila.
