Manila Police District (MPD) director Brig. Gen. Arnold Thomas Ibay inspects the equipment of MPD members on Wednesday in preparation for the third State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Marcos on July 22. Over 22,000 police personnel will be deployed to secure the SONA.
