Zafer Mustafaoglu (right), the new World Bank country director for the Philippines, visits Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah Pangandaman on June 27, 2024. Mustafaoglu assumed the role on July 1, in place of Ndiame Diop who expressed his gratitude for the close partnership and cooperation between the World Bank and the Philippines during his four-year stint as country director.
