National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Director Jaime Santiago presented the mother and aunt of an 11-year-old child after they were arrested for selling explicit videos of the child online. According to the NBI, the abuse by the victim’s mother and aunt started when she was only five years old, allegedly driven by poverty.
