President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. is set to plant a time capsule signalling the start of construction of the CAVITEX-CALAX Link that will connect Kawit, Cavite to the rest of the CALABARZON Region. At the same time, the CAVITEX C5 Link Sucat Interchange is also opened to dramatically shorten travel time for 23,000 motorists from CAVITEX to Sucat, Parañaque. The ceremony likewise covered the ground-breaking of the Cavitex C5 Link Segment 3B that will connect the CAVITEX R1 Expressway Section and SLEX/C5 Road.
