The Navotas City government is offering scholarships to 145 Navoteño elementary and high school students who excel in sports. Among the new scholars were 38 Navotas Division Palaro champions in athletics, 24 in swimming, 21 in taekwondo, 18 in arnis, and 16 in badminton.
