Samar’s “most wanted man” who has been at large for quite some time, turns himself in amid relentless pursuit by the police. Interior and Local Government Secretary Benjamin Abalos Jr. (left) said the suspect, identified as Jimmy Managaysay Elbano alias Bruno, who is facing six counts of murder and other serious crimes, simply walked into the Calbayog City police station Sunday morning.
