Albay sizzled with steamy celebration of its first Bicol Loco Festival highlighted by hot air balloon and rock concerts featuring renowned artists from Metro Manila. Organizers said excitement reached fever pitch and concluded with an 85,000 crowd charmed by Ely Buendia of Eraserheads and Jericho Rosales, among other entertainers. Lead organizer Ako Bicol party-list Rep. Elizaldy Co looks forward to replicating the festival in the coming years.
