Taguig Mayor Lani Cayetano led the ceremonial opening of the “Graffiti and Mural Festival” at Mural Park in Lower Bicutan, Taguig City on Friday in celebration of Taguig’s 437th Founding Anniversary. Said to be the world’s biggest graffiti festival, the “Meeting of Styles 2024,” returns to Taguig City for a second year.
