At least 423 applicants are hired on the spot during simultaneous job fairs held under the auspices of the SM City Grand Central and SM City Valenzuela in collaboration with the Department of Labor and Employment, the local government units, and the Public Employment Service Office of the cities of Caloocan and Valenzuela, along with the Private Sector Advisory Council Jobs Committee.
